This is the largest privately owned game reserve close to Johannesburg. It is home to about 600 head of game with over 20 different species. 

You will have the opportunity to see Lions, Cheetah and Wild Dogs as well as Rhino and all this less than 1 hour from Johannesburg! This tour is ideal for people with very little time to spend in South Africa but who would still like to see wild animals. You also have the opportunity to cuddle some lion or tiger cubs at the Animal Creche.

We do a game drive in the greater reserve with the grazers, and then proceed to the predator camps. Here guests get an opportunity to see the highly endangered wild dogs, cheetah and of course, lions. The predators are fed on Wednesdays and Sundays at lunchtime. 

Visitors are also able to go to the nursery to interact with the lion or tiger cubs and view other small animals. This part of the tour is optional and entrance into the cub enclosure will be for the guests’ own expense.

On Sundays guests can also enjoy a snake demonstration.

There is also a small souvenir shop and pub overlooking the pygmy hippo pool.
