- Quotations are subject to availability of vehicles. We reserve the right to make use of subcontractor vehicles of similar specifications should the need arise.
- Prices are quoted per trip and vary according to distance travelled and toll-gate fees. Please see our rates page.
- Rates include: transportation, mileage, driver, fuel, toll fees, trailer, passenger & public liability insurance, coach permits, cross border permits for the vehicle and driver and meet & greet at the airport. Please see our rates page.
- Rates exclude: any entrance fees, parking and porterage. Please see our rates page.
- A 30% deposit secures your booking.
- Your deposit will be forfeited should you cancel your trip between 14 and 7 days prior to departure
- Should you cancel your trip more than 14 days prior to departure your deposit will be repaid in full.
- Full payment is to be received 3 days prior to departure.
- No refund of trip fees already paid will be made if the trip is cancelled within 3 days prior to departure.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of quotation.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rands
- A penalty charge of R200.00 per hour may be charged for every hour a vehicle is utilized that is not specified on the itinerary.
- Safari Lodge Shuttle Services cannot be held liable or responsible for delays in airline arrival or departure times, or for errors on the part of a booking agent or other third party.
- In the event of a breakdown Safari Lodge Shuttle Services will do all in our power to correct the situation but will not be held liable for any costs or delay caused by breakdowns, as these are unforeseen and outside our control.
- Safari Lodge Shuttle Services will not be responsible for losses or damages to private property. All passengers are to ensure that on disembarking, all personal property is removed from the coaches.
- No smoking is allowed on board any Safari Lodge Shuttle Services' vehicle.
